Freshly Squeezed SEO

Adam Crookes Media (trading as Freshly Squeezed) will provide SEO content writing services and Reddit commenting services as described on the website.

Freshly Squeezed SEO services will include (but are not limited to):

Creating content/visual documents (such as blog content).
Creating SEO reports.
Providing Reddit commenting services to engage with relevant threads on behalf of the Customer.

The customer must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO services and Reddit commenting services:

All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) has no control over the policies of search engines or online platforms (including Reddit) with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Customer’s website or content may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, search engine, or online platform at any time at the sole discretion of the platform.

Under no circumstances shall Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) be liable to you (the end-user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third-party websites. You, the end-user, assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Freshly Squeezed SEO services and Reddit Commenting Services.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Neither does Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) guarantee any traffic increases.

Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) does not assume liability for the Customer’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Customer’s website.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) is not liable or responsible for any claims or statements made in published content on the Customer’s website. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine the accuracy of content published on their website. The Customer is solely liable for the content on their website. The Customer is solely liable for ensuring published content abides by industry-specific rules and regulations.

Once content has been delivered to the Customer, they assume full ownership and are solely liable for the content.

Once content has been published on the Customer’s website or elsewhere, they are solely liable for any repercussions that may happen as a result of publishing this content.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) is not responsible for changes made to the content by other parties.

The Customer assumes responsibility for all repercussions their domains, websites, content, and Reddit comments have online.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to the Customer’s use of the services.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) is not responsible for any actions taken as a result of Reddit commenting services. The

Customer assumes full liability for all comments posted on their behalf and any resulting interactions, bans, or penalties imposed by Reddit or other third parties.

By agreeing to use the SEO services and Reddit Commenting Services of Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media), you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) and its agents, managers, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes) is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using the SEO services and Reddit commenting services, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes) and the Customer in relation to your use of the SEO services and Reddit commenting services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
