All fees, services, documents, recommendations and reports are confidential.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Customer's website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.

Under no circumstances shall Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) be liable to you (the end-user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third-party websites. You, the end-user assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Freshly Squeezed SEO services.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Neither does Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) guarantee any traffic increases.

Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) does not assume liability for the Customer's choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Customer's website.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) is not liable or responsible for any claims or statements made in published content on the Customer's website. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine the accuracy of content published on their website. The Customer is solely liable for the content on their website. The Customer is solely liable for ensuring published content abides by industry-specific rules and regulations.

Once content has been delivered to the Customer, they assume full ownership and are solely liable for the content.

Once content has been published on the Customer's website or elsewhere, they are solely liable for any repercussions that may happen as a result of publishing this content.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) is not responsible for changes made to the content by other parties.

The Customer assumes responsibility for all repercussions their domains, websites, and content have online.

Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to the Customer's use of the services.

By agreeing to use the SEO services of Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media), you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freshly Squeezed (Adam Crookes Media) and its agents, managers, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
